The colours are unique and easy on the eyes, which is a good starter. I like how you have gone for a more 'techy' look, its not often graphic forums go for this now. The banner is a nice feature and catchy, and the buttons and gradients are perfect too. The title & category gradients are simple but once again effective, and the category gradient will look excellent if you plan on using the text to image code and change the default text into something more techy. The on/off icons are simple, but they suit well. As for the info center code to remove the images, many people will think thats lazy. In my opinion, people will think higher of the forum, if you design some info centre images yourself. The background is overused on forums, but again it suits well so I can't really critisize that. The function buttons such as reply etc, seem a little out of place and are slightly too long? I would consider trying to shrink them down a bit, it would look more professional. Everything matches well and its an excellent start, I have no real suggestions. Good luck with your forum, it has potential.

It's nice. Could use a lot of improvements though. For instance, the category title could be an image rather than just default text. Rollover effects on the menu buttons would be very nice too. It just seems kind of plain, and dead. But hey, it looks pretty nice regardless, just could use some work.
