Difficulty: 1/5 Info: Make a simple grunge effect without having to use brushes.
Press D for normal colors Filter> Render> Clouds Filter> Render> Diffrence Clouds Filter> Sketch> Chrome (default settings) Filter> Liquify> Mess around with everything in it! Filter> Brush Strokes> Spater (25 - 10)

Heh, well if you don't like like the outcome you can always do more things to make it look better. Such as messing with the settings of the Spatter or make the effect over clouds and then blend it.
